A Journey Years in the Making
What many people may not realize is that this transition didn’t happen overnight.
By joining T2 Utility Engineers in December 2024, GeoScan has been part of the broader Kiwa family for the past two years, steadily integrating our services. As our teams, systems, and capabilities have become increasingly aligned, a natural question emerged:
How do we better reflect who we are today and where we’re headed tomorrow?
The answer is simple: Kiwa T2.
The timeline below shows how our journey has evolved over time:
Before December 2024, GeoScan operated independently while T2 Utility Engineers was part of the Kiwa group. In December 2024, T2 Utility Engineers acquired GeoScan, bringing together two organizations with a shared commitment to quality and client service. Beginning in October 2026, both organizations will unite under a single brand: Kiwa T2.
What’s Changing?
Effective October 5, 2026, GeoScan will officially transition to the Kiwa T2 brand.
You’ll start seeing our new name, logo, and branding appear across our website, communications, vehicles, reports, and marketing materials.
And while the logo may look different, the foundation of our business remains exactly the same.
